What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that there isn't much that the firm should change; we are doing something right if others want mentorships. I would suggest lowering the case load when cases start to get backed up.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm, to me,is one of the top firms to be a part of. The staff (everyone from clerical to lawyers) is striving to do the best for clients and is always professional. Another great thing is that young lawyers are always looking to be mentored by our firm. To me, that is a high mark on how to run a firm. The lawyers care and it makes me glad knowing that the young lawyers that come in see this firm as a benchmark for theirs. This firm is a pleasure to work for and makes me feel good about being here.

What did you not like about this institution?
There have been times that the workload was a bit much for even the staff. Being one of the best firms can also bring in a large case load and sometimes it's overwhelming.
