What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Holding more meetings where different legal departments can talk about different issues might help with efficiency regarding some of the areas of the work place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A lot of the cases we take care of at this firm are important and it's great to know that I have the support of my colleagues. The pay, resources, and amenities are great. The firm is really focused on providing our clients quality work.
What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be an issue sometimes with departments not communicating as efficiently as possible. But it's not a major issue.
