Spread out the work load more evenly and allow it to be more proper. Otherwise, this is a great place to be.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a wonderful place to work at. My job is enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and always willing to work hard.
What did you not like about this institution?
I feel that I am sometimes overworked and that others should take part of the load. It is tough to feel stressed out with your job.
