There need to be bonuses for hard working employees and staff. The firm should consider taking on more varied work to help their employees and staff get more interested in the work they do.

This is a law firm where employees and staff perform well at their job. The employees and staff take on difficult work.

The work that is made available at the law firm does not seem to be able to make employees and staff happy.
