What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hold their partners accountable for their behavior. As stated above, many don’t treat their secretaries well. Mr. Robinson is the worst along with others.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners don’t value the staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
The salaries are okay but they overwork you.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Hire attorneys with manners.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The paths of career growth are not clearly set out and take significant effort to figure out. Benefits are amazing and pay is quite competitive. Focus on your strengths and you need to be good at networking to excel.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
We reviewed our cases, had weekly meeting to overview what our past, and next assignments would consist of. Management was very knowledgeable about our day to day assignment. Co-workers were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to work.
What did you not like about this institution?
Internal politics and favoritism hinders the organization. Those who are friends or friends of friends etc. with upper management usually get ahead over qualified people. So, I would say limited promotional opportunities.
