Make sure that people get proper training early on to prevent issues that could arise from people not having the training that they need.

From day one I always felt that I would be allowed to improve myself and looking back I have improved a great deal.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times it may seem like you are expected to do the impossible. These things normally seem impossible because you haven't been taught how to deal with it yet.
