What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to organize the products used by employees. The staff is having difficulties finding these options and management needs to help.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm's training program is very well done. When I first started, I felt like I really had a grasp on the position given and felt like I could handle the position. Management does well to prepare you for your position and nothing really came as a surprise working there.
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is incredibly disorganized. It's difficult to find the proper files at times and Management is too laid back most of the time. It was difficult to get anything done most of the time because I couldn't find the proper necessities and the firm did nothing to help.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked at LGP for several years and it is truly a great place to work. The staff are friendly and management is excellent. I have always been treated like family. I have always felt that I have the proper support and training to do my job. My skills and knowledge have greatly improved while working here. They offer.a lot of flexibility especially for working moms like myself.
What did you not like about this institution?
The 401K plan could be improved.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
None that I have personally dealt with, my experience has luckily always been positive.
