Management needs to crack down more on employees and make an effort towards their work load. If management doesn't seem to care then why would employees?

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was fine when I first started. The pay was good and the hours were manageable, and getting time off seems incredibly easy with this firm. You can almost do anything you want.

What did you not like about this institution?
The issue with this firm is that employees have seniority. Management is a wet blanket and lets employees run the firm. Half the time they don't even show up and people are left to fend for themselves. The firm can feel like such a mess at times.
