The firm should focus on training management and staff members to respect one another. The salary should be higher for employees who work hard and work effectively.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A working environment in which plenty of learning experiences and opportunities are offered. Staff that puts in all the hard work is noticed. It has great benefits.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes gossip takes place in the environment. The salary is very low. The CEO has trouble respecting staff. Management team falls short in treating staff with respect.
