Management needs to be more present to deal with employees. That way matters can be dealt with accordingly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at McAngus for several months and have enjoyed my time here. The work is very easy and only takes minor training to understand. I've never had a problem with the staff and Management is very approachable if need be.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management is missing in action at times, but usually they are not needed. It can be frustrating at times if you're seeking assistance and they are not around. It would be nice if they were more present.
