Encourage the partners and firm to take a more professional route and go in with the highest standards all around. Keep a positive spirit but also know that you lead the way and others follow.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has the best people to work with They are supportive and are always willing to help. If you need guidance or mentorship you will find it here. They are there for you.
What did you not like about this institution?
They can be a little lax with professionalism and with privacy. They can be a bit too casual and that can come off as lazy to some which can make an impression on newer staff.
