The office environment is affected by the negative behavior of the office manager, which influences the attitudes of other employees. Despite having many supportive lawyers and staff, the manager’s actions create unnecessary drama and tension.

What did you not like about this institution?
Employee parking should be paid 100% and not partial.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to work on recognizing the great employees it has. Management needs to take some workshop classes to better maintain office morale and organize the file system.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is full of community aspects. The staff is full of kind people who are easy to work with. The level of professionalism is commemorable.

What did you not like about this institution?
The organization of the firm is an area that needs improvement. Much of the information which forms part of the file system is out of place. Management is out of touch with what happens in the firm.
