What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This law firm really needs to hire some new motivated attorneys if they want to keep their head above water. From what I know working there for 3+ years is that a lot of clients have felt let down because the senior attorneys can take a while before helping out the newer guys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Most of the younger interns were very friendly and I ended up forming long term friendships with most of them. They helped me on a few cases while I was working there.

What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be a real lack of patience among some of the older attorneys. There were multiple instances in which I asked for help on a particular problem and I was given the cold shoulder. Some of the older attorneys seem like they are only in it for the money at this point which is a real shame.
