What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Let the little guys have the steering wheel once in a while.I want to progress more in the firm and I have so far but I feel like I could do more.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Plenty of growth opportunities and raises over time.Starting pay was great and has improved over time to a respectable amount.The work atmosphere is enjoyable, as are some of the brightest people I've met at this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
It can be crunched for time.Veterans get most of the big cases and are handed the lead to most of the cases so things go smoothly.
