Management needs to be trained so that they perform a better job of supervising staff members. Partners should continue to mentor and train others.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm is an environment made up of partners that are professionals. Partners leave themselves open to train and mentor others. Great focus on ethics and proper treatment of other staff.

What did you not like about this institution?
There should be a focus on increasing the salary for staff. Management lacks in the area of supervising staff members. Other firms sometimes hire current staff with higher pay.
