There needs to be more opportunities for employees to gain promotions. This would help with some turnover rate within the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very great firm to begin your journey as an attorney. The staff members go out of their way to make their attorneys feel welcomed. The firm provides large office spaces so you never feel cramped. Work distribution is handled professionally so each attorney knows what to work on for the day. Overall it is a great firm to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately it hard to gain promotions within this firm. Promotions are far and few so it is hard to come by them. There are not many promotional opportunities and when they do happen to come up, employees with longer firm times are favored.
