This firm needs to offer more ways for employees to move upward. If not, employees will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Norris and Keplinger was a good firm for me to start out with in my career. They had good benefits packages and a good starting salary. I also became quite close with the staff and had difficulty leaving them when I found another job.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours for this firm are not always consistent, and the ability to move upward simply isn't there. Upper positions have been filled by people who have worked at the firm for years and there is no room for growth for people looking in the long term.
