What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The management team needs to work on being more enthusiastic. A workshop should be implemented to better guide staff to be more efficient and provided with more resources.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The amount of work varies at the firm, but the majority of the work is insightful and provides good training. Much learning experience can be gained for in-college students or recent graduates.
What did you not like about this institution?
The management team seems to not really put in their effort to show enthusiasm for the work they perform. It seems like a great place to gain working experience for college students, but be prepared to face a heavy workload.
