What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
As minor as it may sound, I think holding events that will enable associates to interact with superiors is something that would help to not only better relationships within the firm, but also relieve some workload stress.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is one of the most goal oriented places I've ever worked at. The associates I work with are also some of the most professional and knowledgeable lawyers I have had the pleasure to be around. There are great opportunities for resources and networking as well at this firm. The pay is great as well, including the benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workload becomes a bit much at times because of what is expected. I also think that the superiors tend to keep to themselves.
