You need to good at networking and also in office politics to excel in this Firm. As the environment is strict you should be careful not to make too many mistakes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very strict environment with strict supervisors but they work one on one with you to help achieve goals. Everything you do is completely looked over or supervised, mistakes happen but they expect perfection. I can say that good opportunity to learn new things as senior attorneys are always willing to help.

What did you not like about this institution?
You're not promoted or considered unless you've worked with the person before or know them personally. Lots of office politics is there, hard work does not necessary mean career advancement, but you will find it at every other Law firm.

It would be nice to have some additional help, either in administration or more first year lawyers to ease some of the work burden.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a very professional environment with no micro-managing. You have friendly co-workers and bosses. Everyone stays busy and acts very professionally, but is also friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be very busy at times and you sometimes need to work overtime. Some people might not like the amount of hours and work you have on your plate here.

Consider finding what stuff can be improved by straying from the textbook methods and moving to doing it that way.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything that you learned in college will be how things are done here so you will know exactly what to expect.

What did you not like about this institution?
Many of the textbook methods are not the best and that is why other firms do not use the textbook methods.
