What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Take the time to be more with the times, be open minded and try to improve. Even though you may feel it's useless, it's what's going to help our firm more than anything else at this time.Don't be afraid of change; embrace it.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at Cohen, Weiss and Simon for a few years now.I have been motivated by the managements drive to do and be the very best at what they do.They lead by example.This is a competitive atmosphere that promotes growth and hard work while rewarding those that prove their worth.The pay is exceptional;management is helpful and listens to my concerns.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is not much wrong with the firm but a few things come to mind.Some of the technology is outdated and could be updated to more modern systems.The management is very old school and because of this we miss out on opportunities mostly with social media and having a good public image.
