What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see the firm work out a path for lawyers to have some upward motion in their careers. This could keep the better talent around instead of leaving for larger firms.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
We work on quite a few different areas of the law with general practice being the main focus. You might work in on injury and accident or you might work on drawing up an estate agreement. I think this gives you a good base to work and learn from as a lawyer.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since the firm is on the smaller side, you won't have much of a chance to get raises or move up in the firm.
