What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offering competitive pay is a must, even in a market like the one we have today, lawyers will quickly move if they can find better opportunities elsewhere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great if you want to work in the area of public finance or public contracts like I do. There are not many other firms out there that can match the scope and experience of this one so for me it's perfect. Learning a lot of things that would be impossible to learn in other firms.
What did you not like about this institution?
The compensation is not all that great; they seem to always want to get more for less, as in more work for not the amount of pays that other firms will offer.
