Make sure that people don't overwork themselves while working on long projects that would allow them to push themselves. It isn't always worth it to let people push themselves that hard.

The work here is rewarding and keeps getting more rewarding the harder that you work with everyone cheering you on.

What did you not like about this institution?
You are almost expected to work hard here.Even if it is supposed to be optional, people will think less of you if you slack off and only do what is required.
