What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see one of the more senior attorneys take on a leadership role at this firm and make those in the click that I mentioned start to help others and bring together everyone in the firm to increase the work efficiency of this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is a very goal oriented and focused firm filled with senior attorneys that really know their stuff. I had difficulty figuring out some of the old ways of doing things and they helped show me the ropes in a way that was easy to understand.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a group of people that formed their own little clique and outsiders are generally not talked to and are given the cold shoulder. I felt left out at certain times and when I needed help I was given the cold shoulder quite a few times from those in this clique.
