What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Drop the billable hours.It's a ridiculous concept.Make hours more stable so we can live a more consistent home life.Ease up on the stress during those tense situations; it doesn't help.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Attorneys and other staff/employees are nice and enjoyable to work with and be around.Some of the kindest associates I've met were while working at a firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Hours are long and can be stressful.The atmosphere can get very stressful at specific times.Billable hours are ridiculous.
