What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to more opportunities for employees to gain promotions.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is an amazing firm. The staff is pleasant to work with. It feels very professional here and there are big open office spaces provided .The workload is manageable and well-handled so that each attorney knows what to work on for the day. Overall, a great firm to work with that radiates with professionalism.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, it hard to excel within the firm. Promotions are far and few so it is hard to come by them. At the same time it is hard to balance work and life within this firm. Sometimes the workload can become hectic.
