What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would ease the pressure to satisfy clients and just let the lawyers do their job with a bit more freedom and capacity to act independently.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a stable and very experienced firm. I can see the care the lawyers put into the cases and it inspired me to do better. There is an atmosphere of professionalism and excellence here.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is a high stress environment. Having to cater to clients so much means we always have to be connected and reachable. Their satisfaction comes above all else, which can take its toll.
