What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Better pay is something that would make this place even better. But I don't know if it'll necessarily make a good atmosphere that much better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was a big fan of the people I worked with from the start. The lawyers at the firm were all about helping out new associates such as myself. The workplace was also very positive. The focus on the quality of work for clients was something that I respected.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could have been better. I think that a lot of lawyers will look elsewhere as their careers progress. But the pay wasn't too bad, and considering the work culture was great, I think it was a good pay off.
