I think they could work toward being a little more service oriented and growth oriented to give people a way to advance their career at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a perfect place to learn about everything related to real estate law. It's our firm's specialty and they have decades of experience behind them.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's pretty small with not many employees. And there have been a couple of complaints from clients that I'm aware of, so that's not a good look.
