Add more training opportunities, I would like to grow and do so through this avenue.Be a bit more open-minded towards peoples' ideas.Let's get more growth opportunities for the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a lot of clients, which makes for lots of work to go around, always keeping one busy.Pay is more than fair with a good health and dental plan.The work environment is a little competitive.Promotions and raises are available to those who have been with the firm for a long time.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to work very hard to prove myself to management over the first year.Management isn't very willing to listen to new ideas.Bonuses are very rare and not everyone gets them.There are limited training opportunities.
