What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Although the support staff is helpful and they're knowledgeable, having a larger and more complete staff would help the attorneys to get more work done and increase billable hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Costell& Cornelius is a small firm where everyone gets along well and works well together. It's a fairly low pressure environment as far as law firms go and you can have a decent family life here.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is definitely limited room to grow at the firm and although I enjoyed my time there, most people will find it necessarily to leave in order to grow their career.

Partners at the firm are good people

What did you not like about this institution?
Very slow to pay. They want things done "yesterday" and then when you drop everything to complete the task at the last minute, they are often non-responsive. Worse yet, they are very slow to pay and you have to follow-up just to get paid
