The management team seems to lack focus regarding keeping people on task, so an entire team refocusing should take place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They are the by the book type of place. Very knowledgeable and great clients walk through the doors.

What did you not like about this institution?
The expectations are very demanding and management does need to learn a new tactic on getting employees to respond to pressure.
