I think the firm should have more people put into higher positions and allow them to stay for longer periods of time.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was very good to work at from the beginning and very enjoyable. I have a lot of great colleges and very much enjoy my time working there.
What did you not like about this institution?
I feel at some point, that I will have to work at another firm because I don't see senior positions being available in the long run.
