What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be leadership classes for management. High levels of ego affect management in giving their best leadership skills to their staff. Staff members who perform well should be compensated with a higher salary.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm pushes the aspects of individual and career development. Many opportunities are presented in order to learn and gain experience. The staff is very co-operative.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the benefits are not available during holidays. In some cases, staff members who perform well are not rewarded. The salary is low. A lack of communication affects the firm.
