What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think if the partners and superiors can trust more of the other associates like interns with smaller aspects of cases, it would help with time efficiency.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A lot of the people I work with here are some of the most professional I have ever come across in my career. There are smart people with a lot of expertise in different areas of law. I like being able to learn at my job. It has good pay and benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load is something that I do have to complain about. The firm prides itself in the work we do, but it also results in long hours.
