What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A lot of work is needed to manage a suitable work life balance. Management should promote work-life balance and should treat everyone fairly instead of playing favoritism.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has very open team environment and great work life balance. The firm has good and friendly environment considering its small to medium size. I really like the knowledge base and experience of some of the attorneys here.
What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part is restrictive advancement path for new attorneys and small unbalanced team structure. I have also spent here long frustrated hours without any direction or definition from upper management.
