What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make sure that people don't push themselves too hard. It will burn them out in the end and you will lose valuable people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
During my time in the firm I always felt like I was improving myself and moving forward. Not a day went by without improving myself.
What did you not like about this institution?
While I was improving myself I always felt tired at the end of the day and I started to get burnt out.
