I think the energy and quality can be kept the same, but make it easier on the employers. More proper groupings of people can help.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked the energy here at my first day and still do. The place is great and gives great pay.

What did you not like about this institution?
They can be over demanding on some cases, and this can scare away some of the great employees since not every firm is like that.
