Consider a formal program designed to help employees develop their careers since there isn't a lot of opportunity to move up as things stand now.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment here is great. Everyone knows each other extremely well and we function as one big, happy family. There are a ton of events that anyone can attend, and the firm is incredibly family friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't a lot of upward mobility here. The firm is small so there just aren't enough opportunities available. Those who want to climb the corporate ladder, so to speak, might want to look elsewhere.
