What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management, the biggest advice I can give to you is to be more open-minded. I had plenty of great ideas to bring to the table but you never listened to what I had to say.Treat your employees with respect; we are people just like you and I tried to find my place but you made it very difficult for me.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There was a free weekly lunch that was paid for by management.I got a couple opportunities to work on some larger cases which helped boost my career a bit.The pay was on par with the average for a law firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management didn't care what I thought; I brought creative ideas to them numerous times and was shut down before I was even able to speak for more than a minute or two.They don't like change and aren't very helpful.
