What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would discourage some of the cliquishness between the attorneys. I think that it would increase morale as well as make the promotion process be fairer. It would also make for a happier place to work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the work extremely challenging and stimulating. Many of the other attorneys have background in their respective area of patent expertise. I found all of the attorneys to be very intelligent. There are a lot of interesting IP cases as well that are very technical.

What did you not like about this institution?
The in group mentality can be pretty bad. I found that there was a degree of cliquishness with some of the attorneys which created an uncomfortable environment. I know that it happens at other firms but it was very noticeable here. I wouldn't call it a deal breaker, but it is concerning.
