Very Personable Firm on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see the firm be better at managing time and work. If something needs to be done sooner, then have that take priority over something that is currently being worked on that isn't needed as to be done as soon as possible. I think that this would help the staff out and the lawyers as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Usually the staff is always positive and willing to go out of their way to help clients and other staff. If anyone here needed some extra help, there would be no hesitation on someone coming and giving an extra hand or two. It's refreshing to be a part of a firm that really values teamwork.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst of the firm can be the hours. Sometimes the days are longer due to researching or just odd things that need to be done for the clients and lawyers. It's not really that big of a deal, but it's probably the most inconvenient.
