If you are looking for somewhere to move up quickly, this isn't the place for you. If you want a good job that you can count on, you can't go wrong here.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is a small firm which allows you to build relationships with all of your colleagues. You won't find these relationships as much in bigger firms.
What did you not like about this institution?
Since it is a smaller firm, there isn't much room for movement to higher positions. The money could be higher as well.
