What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that it's time that we hire a few new attorneys. I would like to see two to three senior level attorney's hired so that we don't ever end up over our head in work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is very small but that's a good thing since everyone is like a family member to me. I get help anytime that I need it and the pace is set just right in terms of how much work that we usually have on our plate.

What did you not like about this institution?
A few of the employees tend to seem like outsiders but that's only because they have a more work oriented personality and do not care much for small talk.
