There needs to more opportunities for employees to gain promotions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm to work with and there is great camaraderie among the staff. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and that you are kept busy with constant work. The workload while much, is evenly distributed between attorneys so you never feel at a loss. Overall, it is a joy to work here.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, it can be hard to excel within the firm. Promotions are far and few so it is hard to come by them. At the same time it is hard to balance work and life.
