What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make sure that people don't push themselves too hard and keep them from putting in too many long hours if possible.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every day I am experiencing and learning about new things, and I just in general love my job here. I would not trade it for anything.
What did you not like about this institution?
People here are pushed very hard to work and for long hours. Those that don't enjoy the work will likely be miserable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
No micromanaging. You can make your own schedule - just get your work done. Great support staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
Heavy case load that will continue to grow without any pay raises. Promises are made about the bonuses but never kept. Your bonus structure is based on what the company earns quarterly but there’s no real way to assess that. The insurance companies hire third party companies to cut down your billables (sometimes up to 50%) so your bonus will be impacted by that (something you cannot control). The starting salary is low so if you work there, definitely negotiate that. If pay is important to you, stay far away from this place.
If you’re also looking for complexity, this is not the firm for you.
