Be prepared to take your work home with you for the first few months. After you learn the ropes, you won't have to do this anymore.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It has a large and spacious work environment. You havehuge amount of resources to work with and figure out anything that comes up. I'm very happy with my coworkers here.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lot of work to do, and there's always more coming. It's a fast-paced environment that is very demanding. It is not unmanageable though.
