There needs to more opportunities for employees to gain promotions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm to with. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home with large open office spaces. It feels very professional here. The workload is manageable and organized so that each attorney knows what to work on for the day. Overall, it is a great firm to work with that radiates with professionalism.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, it hard to excel within the firm. Promotions are far and few so it is hard to come by them. At the same time it is hard to balance work and life within this firm. Sometimes, the workload can become hectic.
