What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be better incentives offered to staff. The lack of 401k is a red flag for the firm. The firm should try and invest in their employees' future.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has an office that creates a great work culture for its staff. The salary seems fair. Management offers continuous training for one to improve as an employee.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm does not do a great job in offering a 401k plan for its staff. The lack of 401k may be a sign that the firm does not care to invest in its employees.
